ULPの影響とは何でしょうか。

全国労働関係法、NLRAは、もし、雇用主、または労働組合が不公平な労働慣行をした場合、不公平な労働慣行をストップする力があります。そのため、不正者は、その他の当事者に罰金を支払わなければなりません。 損害賠償を求める事は別にして、NLRAは支払いの援助あるなしにかかわらず復位、新労働組合選挙、そして従業員の権利に関する告知を掲示します。
